[ Xion definitely opened her journal with a purpose, but somewhere along the way she got distracted. She can be heard in the background making quiet, frustrated noises. Seems like she's struggling with something. With a final huff of irritation and a surprised "oh!", she seems to recall that the journal is there. ]

Um, does anyone know how to make jewelry...? I'm not having a lot of luck. I probably should have asked before I started...

Oh well. It's at least better than what would have happened if I'd been affected by that weird experiment last week... [ a quiet laugh.

I guess I didn't notice those little holes before... [ watches, smiling a little. ] I feel kind of silly now.

They're really kind of small, and threading the string's pretty tricky, too. [She threads another shell through before handing the string to Xion.] Here, you try.

Because I've known them for years. Sometimes it's a pain seeing them so close.

Truth is, it shouldn't bother me this much.

A necklace! Out of some sea shells I got as a present.

Ah-- [ Xigbar of all people ffff why. ] No... not for someone. I'm making something out of a gift someone gave me... so I can hold onto it better.

[ WHAT. Oh Raven, you're going to totally miss her squeaking. Because she's going to squeak in surprise when she sees it, and then squeak in delight when she opens it and hugs it to her chest. Ah, I got it! Thanks, Kairi. Now I won't have to worry about losing these anymore.

I guess I can understand... if something like that happened with Axel and Roxas, I'd feel kind of left out, I think. But I'm sure they haven't forgotten you, Riku. You're still their best friend, right? It'll be okay.

Well... I can come to you! You're already helping me, so I don't want to make you come find me, too. Where are you?

[ just smiles a little and keeps working. ] Well ... back home, shells were pretty important for me. There was one that I always used to hold onto... but I lost it when I came here. So I thought this time I'd actually make something that I could wear. That way I wouldn't lose them again.
