[ Xion definitely opened her journal with a purpose, but somewhere along the way she got distracted. She can be heard in the background making quiet, frustrated noises. Seems like she's struggling with something. With a final huff of irritation and a surprised "oh!", she seems to recall that the journal is there. ]

Um, does anyone know how to make jewelry...? I'm not having a lot of luck. I probably should have asked before I started...

Oh well. It's at least better than what would have happened if I'd been affected by that weird experiment last week... [ a quiet laugh.

Well... that's where I'm having trouble. I kinda realized I wasn't actually sure what I should do with them... [ a tiny laugh ] That's why I asked. I don't want to break them by trying to make holes if there's a better way.

That's okay! I just want to be really careful about breaking them. Sea shells mean a lot to me. Besides... I'd never had a Christmas before, so I didn't get Riku anything, even when he gave me these shells, so ... I want to take really good care of them.
