[ Sometime during the night, the Malnosso robots dumped Xion off where they'd picked her up -- square in the middle of town. There and gone, quick as you please, leaving an unconscious girl behind.

However, she quickly comes to, stirring blearily and slowly sitting up. ]

Where....?

[ And then her eyes go wide. Something looks ... different. At this time of night -- or morning, really -- the sun is only just barely starting to come up, turning the sky a deep, dark blue. It's just light enough to see by, but can't properly be called morning yet.

And in this mock twilight, Xion sees that Luceti suddenly seems horribly familiar yet bizarre at the same time. She sits stunned for a moment, unable to process what she's seeing, then looks over her shoulder at the fountain.

What she sees makes her yelp. ]

Whoa! But that's... what is... no way! I'm still in Luceti, right? But how...

[ This is too strange. Xion locates her journal, conveniently nearby as always, and immediately starts talking into it, too curious and excited to really stop and care about the fact that she just got back. ]

Axel! Roxas! Are you guys awake? Have you seen the town yet? It looks -- it looks so much like Halloween Town! I thought I was actually there when I woke up...

[ Xion looks away from the journal to stare in wonder around the spooky town. Finally, she stands, a smile spreading across her face. ]

I wonder what all this is about...

[ Another pause. Then Xion gives another abrupt shout of surprise and drops her journal, unable to stop herself from exclaiming aloud ]

What am I wearing?! Are these... are these bunny ears...?

(ooc; this, ftr. also, she happens to be covered in bruises, which is much more apparent with all that skin bared. she'll be noticing it belatedly in threads instead of here in the post proper. don't worry; at least she didn't feel any pain, right? :|b

ps this is going up more or less in real time, at 6:30 in the morning or so.

also will be getting to tags here and on her last post when I actually get home from work. /RUNS)

Huh? I -- Maybe! [ laughs ] Between Nala and the magic I already know... I'm really not sure. I haven't tried! I mean, I haven't had to, which is a good thing. I really hope I can do things like that now, though.

I'm sure you can. And Chopper could always use some backup here. [If there's one thing Luceti never wants a shortage of, it's doctors and healers.]

Chopper? I don't -- do you really think I could help him? He's a really good doctor! I wouldn't want to hold him back... or any of the real doctors. Magic isn't anything like real medicine. [ she's looked it up. and it all went waaaaaaay over her head. ]

No, it's not... but that doesn't mean it's not useful, either. [He's about as trusting of most magic as he is of the Malnosso. But he figures, as he finishes patching up the last of her injuries, that he can't complain over the results. It's kept more than one of his nakama alive.

Him too, heh]

I'm no doctor either, and I still pitch in when I need to. [That done, he straightens up and surveys his handiwork.]

That should do it.

... [ she nods, sighing quietly through her nose. ] Yeah, I know. I just wish I could do more.

[ she smiles again when he steps back, rubbing a hand up and down her arm. she inclines her head a little which makes the hat slide to the side, slightly, and one ear flops over to obscure one of her eyes. she pauses, and then laughs quietly. ]

Awaaaaaaah~! Xion-chan is so cuuuuute~!!

[ SLDKJGAHSD;LNADKSL;'ASDASLDASLD ARE THOSE HEARTS??? AGAIN??? HOW DOES HE DO THAT ANYWAY??? ]

[ she turns so her back is to him, looking over her shoulder at her little white fluffy bunny tail. ] Look, I've even got this tail!

If he finds Riku anywhere near her all week, Sanji will kill the boy.]

No, I'd say it really does suit you! [He reaches over and pulls playfully at one of the ears]

Hey! [ that tilts the hat further on her head, so now her hair is pressed down over one eye. two can play this "my hair hides only one of my eyes" game, sir. ]

I can't argue that, but it still looks good as far as the color and make are concerned.

[grins in obvious delight. Oh hey, nice hair] Maybe Xion-chan should try longer skirts~! [Because he disapproves of that much leg on you. |D]

Yeah, it doesn't look like anyone's getting a choice of costume. [He pulls her ear back up so her hair isn't in her eye, either]

[ with a blink, she readjusts her hat once he lets up. despite how flustered she gets, she is rather fond of his trolling, when all is said and done...

but anyway, she rolls with the subject change, nodding. --while still holding onto the brim of her hat so it doesn't slide again. ]

You're lucky. You haven't been stuck in anything! [ ... yet. ]
