[ Waking up in a forest in a white sundress when it's cold and snowing is no fun at all, especially when she is dead certain she's not supposed to be here at all. She's clutching the journal she found to her chest as she makes her slow way through the trees, shivering violently. Every so often she stops and sets the journal down so she can cast a Fire spell to try and warm her hands a bit. She's desperate to find some shelter, anywhere she can get out of this cold and just have a moment to think through what the heck is happening here.

But she has no idea where she's going, and finally she stops, letting a few particularly hard shivers pass before she looks down at the journal in her arms. Her musings are a little muddled by her teeth chattering, yes. ]

I don't understand... I'm n-n-not supposed to be here, and I don't even know what happened to my clothes, or what this little book is for.

[ And she glances over her shoulder, frowning softly. ]

And I've g-g-got these wings ... last time I checked, I definitely didn't have wings.

[ Heaving a sigh, she hugs the journal close to her chest again, and rubs a hand up and down one arm, staring at the sky. ]

The village, with the shops and the houses and everything! So you can pick up whatever items you showed up with in your pockets and your weapons or whatever and find some place to stay.

[Sora shrugs and scratches the back of his head.] The housing area's pretty big, but there's not many stores. Oh, and you don't need any munny here, so don't worry about it. You can just take anything you want out of the shops, the guys who brought us here put all your stuff in them and send us food and pillows and things through them.

[ what. ] That's so weird. Why take our stuff and kidnap us and do all these awful things, but then give us food and clothing for free? That makes no sense. [ SIGH ]

But I guess I should find some real clothing first.

Y'know, no one's worked that out yet. [He shrugs and folds his arms behind his head.] I guess they have to 'cause we can't leave and they don't want us to starve to death. People say we're test subjects here, but I don't know what kind of experiment it is. Seems really random to me.

[ disquieted frown ] I don't like being part of some experiment at all. Whatever they're learning from us, it better be good.

[ shakes her head ] Not that there's anything we can do about it.

Yeah, that's basically it. We all keep looking for a way out of here, but who knows when we're gonna find it.

Anyway, come on, let's look for your stuff. [And he'll start down into the village.]

[ going home! avoiding that topic forever. she just sighs and follows him, but her curiosity overpowers the gloominess of her thoughts and she ends up staring around at all this newness like a big-eyed little kid ]

[It's not all that impressive, definitely smaller and a lot less interesting than Twilight Town, but at least it's a place, right? Better than just a forest. And he'll stop briefly just to point at the buildings and give the important ones a basic description.]

That's the library, and the school, and the clothing store and the food store - there's a welcome center here too now, so if you want to go to that you can.

[ Maybe so, but it's a brand new world! So it's still interesting. She listens with rapt attention. ]

It's okay. I already know a lot of people here, so I think I can manage.

[This is going to be so incredibly weird, isn't it?]

Well, uhh, you can always come around and see us if you need any help. We're in the third apartment building.

[ ... oh. oops. Xion briefly presses her fingers to her mouth, realizing what she said. Siiiiiiiiigh. Weird won't even begin to describe it. ]

You know... Sora, Donald, and Goofy? He's King Mickey's head knight, we traveled around together to seal the Keyholes and find Riku and Kairi.

[ A replica of his memories of Kairi! Which means ... no memories of Donald and Goofy, since what've they got to do with her anywho? so she just shakes her head slowly, as none of this rings a bell ... until he says "Keyholes," and she gets pinged with a surprised gasp and all. ]

"Keyholes"... that part I remember. Sort of.

[But she met them! Briefly, admittedly, but she did. You know, after he killed himself.]

You do? What do you remember about them?

[ True! But in my headcanon space ~~of awesome~~, his "memories of her" means her personality, what she looked like, a few choice snapshots of his interactions with her, etc. Which wouldn't necessarily include the other two thirds of the Wonder Trio. She might recall a thing or two if she actually met Goofy, though.

Anyhoot, she frowns a little, thinking hard. Her mind goes back to that moment in Agrabah ... and abruptly she winces with a pained gasp, pressing a hand to her head. Sora's memories aren't leaking out anymore, so trying to reach for them is giving her nasty headache, quick. ]

N-Not much.

I went to Agrabah once, with Roxas, and we found something in the Cave of Wonders ... I knew it was a Keyhole the moment I saw it. I remembered you sealing it...

[ she winces again, but it's not as bad this time around. ]
