[His thoughts are wandering in and out as he stares into space, occasionally eying Xion. When her eyelids finally flutter though he jumps, pressing his hands to the side of the bed and staring straight at her.]

Xion? Hey, Xion, wake up.

[ ...

Her eyes blink open. Just a little bit. And she stares at him -- seems to, but she isn't really registering his presence. Still, she's awake. ]

Hey. Hi. Can you see me? [He waves a hand in her face, getting a feeling that Xion's not quite there.] That's okay, I don't mind. I'm glad you're awake though, I've been waiting. Do you know where you are? [He's trying to get a sense of where her head is.]

[ Her brows furrow when he just ... waves his hand in her face. What are you doing, crazy boy. But she doesn't respond, just looking at him.

... she wants to go back to sleep ... her eyelids flutter again, as she struggles to stay awake. This must be something important... ]

It's okay, I'm not going to keep you awake for long, promise. [He scoots forward in the chair, bringing himself right up along side Xion's bed.] I just wanted to tell you something, okay? ...you don't have to worry anymore. I took care of everything. It's all fixed. I mean...it wasn't how I meant for it to happen, but it's all better. You can relax now. All of us can...for now. Until he comes back, anyway. But just know that I fixed it.

... fixed what? Roxas fixed something...?

She tries to speak -- to formulate something to say -- but the effort is just too hard, and she gives up. But her hands move, as if she wants to do something, but can't. ]

[He just leans forward and pats her on the head, giving her a small smile at her efforts.] Don't strain yourself. We'll talk about it later, okay? I just wanted you to know so you can relax and rest properly. That's all.

[ Xion relaxes the instant he pats her on the head. Normally that sort of thing would make her scrunch up her face and protest, but right now it's a source of comfort, and she shuts her eyes again with a quiet sigh.

She falls right back to sleep. But she does so with a faint smile on her face. ]

[There are a few more hairpats then before he slowly pulls back and stand up, whispering so he doesn't awaken her again.]

I'll be back soon. I promise. I'm just glad you're safe now. [And with that he's going to turn and leave the room, only looking back once before heading out and shutting the door quietly.]
