He's quiet again, not only because he's still embarrassed, but again, he doesn't want to wake anyone up. If he did, either they'd be grumpy and tell him to shut up (Asch), or hound him down to laugh (Guy), or maybe just insist that he's good and fluster him even more (Natalia).
Even with the embarrassment and the fact that it's quiet, though, it's still clear that Luke is pretty into it. His voice grows stronger every now and then, only to quiet down once more, and there's a certain tone to it that indicates some level of sincerity and affection for either the song or whoever he's playing it for.
